Whether you’re a freshman or a graduate, you should factor exercise into your busy schedule. Why not start your semester healthy? By factoring your health into your daily regime, it guarantees you success. A healthy mind can boost your academic abilities with greater ease.
First, you have to acknowledge plans to stay healthy. Your planner for ’07 should include slots for daily exercise.
Just as many different body types exist, there are various types of exercise. The goal is to bring some aerobic nutrition to your body. For example, you can accomplish aerobic exercises while standing in line, sitting in lecture or waiting at the stoplight. Breathing is one of them. Breathing exercises can be done with little thought or effort while doing mundane things.
So while sitting in your classes or just walking to class, you can turn your fat oxides into carbon dioxide. As you take in more oxygen, it allows the body to release more carbon dioxides, which also helps to burn off fats. While sitting or standing, you can hold your stomach muscles and tighten them while practicing deep breathing.
These exercises are for those who are not shy about flexing slightly in public places or around strangers. No one will notice you are exercising as you tighten up those gluteus muscles while just standing around.
While in class, you could do breathing exercises as you absorb the lecture and take notes. I suggest consulting the Web for breathing techniques by typing in the word “breath.” You should always be following the advice that fits your health and performance dimension.
For standing and sitting exercises, take advantage of both the breath and tone of body through basic flex exercises.
