Dr. Goyal graduated from Lucknow University with a Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery in 2003. He completed 6 months of Modern Medicine Internship at Balarampur Hospital and 6 months Ayurvedic Medicine Internship at Allahabad Hospital in 2004.
While completing his internship, Dr. Goyal also served as Medical House Officer at the State Ayurvedic College & Hospital in Lucknow. His responsibilities included organizing seminars, workshops, and discussions on different aspects of Ayurveda like Kshara Sutra, Panchakarma, Stress Management, and treatments for Jaundice, Arthritis, and Malnutrition in children.
Since 2005, Dr. Goyal has managed his own private practice Panchakarma & Ayurvedic Medicine Clinic in Lucknow. The clinic specializes in offering Panchakarma treatments for skin diseases, uterine / ovarian cyst, menstrual problems, liver disorders (Hepatitis B), constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, arthritis, sponylosis, vertebral diseases, paralysis, frozen shoulder, respiratory diseases, stress management, and male sexual disorders.

Presented “Ayurvedic Aid to Chemotherapy” during a satellite Symposium of the International Congress on Frontiers in Pharmacology and Therapeutics in 21st Century held in New Delhi, organized by Clinical Pharmacology Unit for Rational care of Patients, Department Of Pharmacology & Therapeutics, K.G’s (presently CSJM) Medical College in Association with Indian Medical Association, Lucknow Branch in 1999.
Presented a Paper on Arthritis & Yoga during the National Seminar on Yoga AND Naturopathy held in Lucknow, organized by the UP NATUROPATHY & YOGA TEACHERS – PHYSICIANS ASSOCIATION in 2004.
