Free Ayurveda Medical Consultation

India Herbs is pleased to offer free Medical Consultations to men and women that are interested in pursuing the holistic approach to optimal health offered by Ayurveda Science. 

Our staff of Health Specialists will promptly respond to your enquiry via email.  If necessary, we will also schedule to speak with you via phone.

If you are interested in a free consultation, please take a few minutes to do the following so that we can provide you the best advice possible:

1) Complete our online Dosha Evaluation and note your Dosha Type.

2) Download and complete the grey areas in our Health History Questionnaire (make sure to select your Dosha Type on the first page) - (Descargar Versión en Español Aquí).  Save the file once you are done. 

* All information will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of properly evaluating your health condition and concerns.

3) Email the Health History Questionnaire file as an attachment to:

    consultation@india-herbs.com

4) You will receive a reply from us within a week.
